VISIBILITY SCORE — CANCELLATION INFORMATION AND EARLY-START REQUEST Version: 11 September 2026 Product: Visibility Action Plan Price: £29 one-time payment Trader contact: hello@visibility-score.com CURRENT AVAILABILITY Public purchase is temporarily unavailable while the order-to-delivery path is verified. No public order or payment is currently accepted. This information is prepared for a future reopening and does not itself create a contract. HOW WE CURRENTLY CLASSIFY THE PRODUCT We treat this purchase as a report-preparation service. It supplies a detailed report and prioritised action plan. Visibility Score does not make changes to your website. YOUR 14-DAY CANCELLATION RIGHT Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days from the date of the service contract to cancel without giving a reason. If you expressly ask us to begin the service during that period, you keep your right to cancel until the service has been fully performed. If you cancel after work has begun but before it is complete, you may have to pay an amount proportionate to the work already supplied. You lose the cancellation right only once the service has been fully performed, after you requested the early start and acknowledged that consequence. EARLY-START REQUEST FOR A FUTURE CHECKOUT Before any future purchase can proceed, a separate checkbox will remain unticked by default. Ticking it will request that Visibility Score begins preparing the report during the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge the consequences described above. HOW TO CANCEL Email hello@visibility-score.com with your order reference and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use this wording: To: Visibility Score — hello@visibility-score.com I give notice that I cancel my contract for the Visibility Action Plan ordered on [date].
